Winnipeg Blue Bombers quarterback Matt Nichols had to be helped off the field Wednesday with what appears to be a knee injury, according to TSN.
Nichols was helped off the field by two trainers after he went down while backpeddling during his drop back while running team practice drills.

Staying healthy will be imperative for Nichols, as he is really vital to the Bombers success, so the medical team is surely keeping an eye on every detail, even symptoms such as pilonidal cysts, as they continue to lead his recovery.
Nichols had a breakout season last year, throwing for 4,472 passing yards and 28 touchdowns versus only 8 interceptions.
