SIX PACKS ON ICE, ECHL EDITION: Alaska Aces, 2014 Kelly Cup Champs

I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. The Alaska Aces defeated the Cincinnati Cyclones Monday night to become the 2014 Kelly Cup Champions.

The Cincinnati Cyclones put up a good fight but in the end the Aces proved to be the better team. Alaska took the championship four games to two in a series where many people complained about the refs, the players, and well, the refs.
Rob Madore of the Cincinnati Cyclones was named the 2014 MVP of the Kelly Cup Playoffs.

Congratulations once again to the 2014 Kelly Cup Champions Alaska Aces!

Now that the ECHL season is over, what am I going to do? I have a couple of fun articles coming up including one on the Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing (California Chrome was robbed). I am also going to do my best to keep everyone up-to-date on what the teams are doing in the offseason.
