Derek Jeter’s sports trading card platform Arena Club has officially announced that they have successfully raised $10 million in a Series A funding round, which doubles the company’s total raise thus far.
The platform aims to build a fully digital card show, and the funds will be used to further those efforts, and will be used for operations and attaining talent, among other operational needs, as the company plans to add more functionality to allow for greater ease of trading by collectors.
The funding round was led by investors M13, defy.vc, Lightspeed Ventures, Elysian Park Ventures, and BAM Ventures.
