Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ defensive back Jeff Hecht isn’t taking it easy on Ottawa Redblacks long-snapper Louis-Philippe Bourassa for his two-game suspension for violating the league’s drug policy.
In fact, Hecht is letting Bourassa know what he thinks, first hand, in a direct post on Twitter in which he rips the Redblacks player for his violation.
Let me know if you need a workout program after you're done your 2 week vacation. Sometimes you just have to work hard instead of being lazy and try to buy an edge. https://t.co/et3bnhlYD1

The Redblacks issued a statement that said Bourassa tested positive for an over-the-counter product and that he was unaware that it contained a banned substance.
Hecht wasn’t having it.
“The player was very much aware of the banned nature of this product,” Hecht said. “If he was not, then there is a larger problem of negligence and ignorance that needs to be addressed.”
