Saskatchewan defensive lineman Charleston Hughes and wide receiver Shaq Evans, along with Winnipeg signal caller Matt Nichols were the top CFL performers for Week 6.
Hughes had a monster game for the Roughriders in their victory over the B.C Lions, collecting three sacks, two tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and a career-high ten tackles during Saturday’s game.
Evans, on the other side of the ball, hauled in 5 receptions for a career-high 158 yards and a touchdown.
Nichols spearheaded the Bombers in their routing of the Ottawa Redblacks, completing 25-29 passes for two touchdowns and no interceptions during the convincing win.
